An abundance of ramblings

we can dance, we can sing, do whatever you think

I have been wanting to go to this place for awhile.  I planned a morning bike trip with promises of breakfast.  Joel and I went via bike to Olive Avenue Market and we were not disappointed.  I was a bit disappointed in myself for having to take a break 1/3 of the way there because I was winded over a small incline.  In any case, the whole experience was pretty awesome.

Olive Avenue Market has many different beverage choices from vintage sodas, microbrews, wines, coffee, etc.  They also offer a Saturday and Sunday Brunch menu.  Joel and I shared The Belt, which is a bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato sandwich with guac instead of mayo.  Simple and good.  There are also pastries, lunch sandwiches, burritos, etc.

Already you can tell I’m in love.

The icing on the cake was all the fun activities.  I read a pop-up book from their little library.  There were board games, and a deck of cards.  We played 13 card although I got beat 3 times in a row it was still fun!
